Oahu’s Hanauma Bay
Another blast of winter for Denver this weekend is bringing snow and freezing temps after nearly a whole week of 50s. Yeah, I know, woe is me…others have dealt with harsher conditions this winter and done just fine. I’ll survive it, too. But it’s got me thinking of a nice beach somewhere in Hawaii, most particularly Hanauma Bay on Oahu. Hard to argue with the appeal, isn’t it?

Jason, We have had such a beautiful winter that it is hard to imagine what the rest of the United States if fussing about. However, we are not encouraging everyone to move to Florida—-way to much traffic in the winter as it is!!!!! I love reading your blogs—-thanks for sharing!!! Ellen
Thanks so much, Ellen! I suppose Florida would be good, too, but I have a special attraction for Hawaii that I can’t entirely explain beyond saying it’s awesome. 🙂
We just got hit with another couple of inches last night and it is supposed to snow tomorrow. This winter has been great. The beach does look beautiful though.
