The dramatic Irish coastline is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. From cliffs to massive boulders to hexagonal columns at the Giant’s Causeway to the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, the place is stunning. And after a number of years, I’ve got a good itch to get back, bounce around the island seeing some sights, and have a pint or four of Guinness.
These photos are gorgeous! What camera are you shooting with?
That’s an old film camera from several years ago, sadly long since gone. It actually broke on this trip, so some of my photos from the end of my stay are overexposed.
You forgot to mention the white knuckled roads on the north eastern shore.
Wish I could find some pictures of the Tor Head. Unfortunately they didn’t survive the mess that was my camera at the time.
I have always wanted to visit Ireland and a trip to the coastline is definitely a must. Thanks for the beautiful shots. I would love to see Moher of these pictures (bad pun intended).
That really was a bad pun, Ted. I see I’m going to have to more closely monitor your responses from here on out. 😛
Being from Ireland we sometimes take the beauty for granted.. 90% of the coastline is just stunning and being so small we are never much more than 60 minutes drive from the sea..
I couldn’t agree more. I’ve really gotta get back soon to see it again.
