Until just a few years ago, I never knew southern California was such big wine country. A recent trip opened my eyes further, when I toured several vineyards in the area. For me, though, it wasn’t about the wine. Not at all. I actually don’t care for it. Instead, I loved the area more for the beauty of the vineyards sprawling across the hills.
